Adult Mental Health Social Worker- Luverne

 

Southwest Health and Human Services currently has an opening for an Adult Mental Health (AMH) Social Worker. This position is located in our Luverne office location.

Southwest Health and Human Services (SWHHS) is a multi-county agency committed to strengthening individuals, families and communities by providing quality services in a respectful, caring and cost-effective manner.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide adult mental health case management to eligible consumers.  This unit provides TCM care coordination to eligible and enrolled consumers as directed by the health plan contracts and Rule 79 Statute. The Adult Mental Health Social Worker will also provide back-up Commitment processing and OBRA II screenings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or closely related field.

or

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university with a major in any field and one year of experience as a social worker in a public or private social services agency.

Starting Rate of Pay: $26.62 - $44.18 hourly
